Although Datuk Khalid Muhammad Jiwa divorced his wife of 20 years in 2005, the two continued to live together in their marital home and to enjoy “conjugal relations”.
And this information has thrown their post divorce proceedings into confusion when it emerged during counselling with the Selangor Religious Affairs Department (JAIS).
The 43-year-old Tengku Zawyah Tengku Izham had apparently mentioned “rujuk” (reconcile) and “tinggal bersama” (living together) when discussing her rights and the claims that she could make after her divorce.

Wow this man is epitome of perversion. Was he still bonking his wife after the divorce?
The status of their divorce became uncertain when Tengku Zawyah mentioned the issue of reconciliation during the post divorce conference.
The two are now contemplating going to the registrar of marriage, divorce and reconciliation in JAIS to have their marital status clarified.
They informed the East Gombak lower Syariah court about their intention through their lawyers yesterday.
They requested that all post divorce proceedings be stayed until they settled the matter.
Is this the man that Siti Nurhaliza wants to spend the rest of her life with? I guess yes, because I think she’s in for the money.
